近日，《山海情》正在热播，这是一部以展现闽宁镇发展历程为内容的电视剧作品，该剧讲述了宁夏西海固的人们在党和国家扶贫政策的引导下，在福建的对口帮扶下，移民搬迁，不断探索脱贫致富路径的故事。国经管学子以中英结合的形式讲述中国的“脱贫故事”，讲好中国故事，传播中国好声音。

山海情怀赤子初心
片名中的“山”指宁夏，“海”指福建。电视剧讲述了宁夏西海固地区在国家扶贫政策引导和福建对口帮扶下，贫困群众从极度缺水的山区搬迁到戈壁滩上，从零开始创业、建设新家园的故事。

年5月，国务院召开扶贫协作会议，部署华东的十个发达省份对口帮扶西部十个欠发达省份，福建省对口帮扶的就是宁夏回族自治区。这场合作让宁夏和福建悄悄组了队，孕育了独特的兄弟姐妹情谊。时任福建省委副书记习近平任组长，林月婵是当时的福建省扶贫办主任，也正是剧中吴月娟的原型人物。她打听到宁夏当时有8个国家级贫困县，当场就提出“要是我们找沿海8个经济最发达的县市和你们一对一挂钩扶贫，你们觉得这个方法怎么样？”

福建和宁夏合作的项目之一就是把像西海固一样贫困地区的整个村庄异地搬迁到黄河附近更肥沃的土地上。闽宁镇就是其中的一个移民安置地。在过去的二十年里，有超过六万名来自西海固的村民在闽宁镇安家。
